NPK would like to announce management changes to our organizational structure to align with our long-term global strategic goals.

The following changes were announced following our
Board of Directors’ Meeting on September 8th, 2025:

Mr. Toshihiro Nomura (Jack) has been appointed as President of NPKCE, shareholder of Genesis. Mr. Nomura continues to serve on the Board of Directors for NPKCE and has been appointed to the Leadership Meeting. Mr. Nomura Previously served as COO for NPKCE.

Mr. Naoki Watanabe continues to serve on the Board of Directors for NPKCE.

Mr. Mike Rzeszotarski has been appointed to the Board of Directors, chairman of the Leadership Meeting, and Vice President of NPKCE. He previously worked as Product Support Manager and will continue leading this group.

Mr. Chris Salerno has been appointed to the Leadership Meeting and as Vice President of NPKCE. He previously worked as Director of Sales & Marketing and will continue to work with the sales group.

Mr. Kyle Bias has been appointed to the Leadership Meeting and as Vice President of NPKCE. He previously held the role of Engineering Manager and will continue to lead our engineering as well as operations.

Mr. Nik Shah has been appointed to the Leadership Meeting. He will continue to serve as CFO of NPKCE.

Mr. David Palvere has been appointed to the Leadership Meeting and as President of Genesis. David will no longer serve on the Board of Directors for NPKCE. He will focus his efforts on growing Genesis Attachments. We extend our gratitude to David for the time he served as President of NPKCE.

Mr. Dan Tyrrell will serve as an Advisor to NPKCE. He previously served on the Board of Directors for NPKCE and as President for NPKCE.
