• Be the point of contact and solutions provider for dealer parts personnel
• Develop and maintain relationship with customers
• Processes orders received via phone, web, fax and email
• Answers customer inquiries and directs them to appropriate NPK personnel
• Maintains backorder list and coordinates shipments of backorders
• Provides dealer quotations and supports outside sales representatives
• Manages returned goods requests
• Adequality communicating company initiatives
• Documenting dealer communications and providing up-to-date information on requests/orders
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED, College or Technical School preferred, five years-experience in construction or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows based programs

Physical Demands:

While performing duties of the job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time while operating their computer and performing office work.  The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office.  They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.  They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting.  The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary.
