For post driving applications, an optional driving cup can be bolted onto the bottom of the base plate so when finished driving posts the unit can return to compacting loose fill of all sorts.

The optional backfill blade allows the operator to scrape, drag and manipulate soil and stone next to and in the trench while causing no negative effect on the rubber mounts.
